HIIT workout circuit

HIIT workouts are one of my favorite workouts because they are quick and effectively get you heart rate up. 

For this circuit there are 3 toning moves, do one set of burpees in between each set of moves to get the heart rate up!


15 squats


(10 burpees)

10 lunges on each leg


(10 burpees)

15 plank “up downs”. Start in a plank on your forearms and push up to a plank with straight arms.

                                

(10 burpees)
